Updated Return & Exchange Policy

We get it – sometimes something just doesn’t fit right. If you’re not 100% happy with your order, you have 28 days to return it for a full refund or request an exchange.

✅ To process a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Download the Return Form
    Click here to download the Return Form
  2. Fill Out the Form
    Complete all required fields on the form accurately.
  3. Include the Form with Your Return and Post It Back
    Pack the completed form together with the item(s) you are returning and send it to the address provided on the return form.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Returns without a completed form may experience processing delays.
  • Customers will be responsible for all postage costs related to returns and exchanges.
  • For refunds, the full product amount will be refunded once the item is received and approved. 
  • For exchanges (size swaps only), customers must cover postage costs for both returning the item and receiving the replacement.

 This update helps us manage costs while continuing to improve the quality of our service and products.


What Can Be Returned and Exchanged?

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must:

  • Be returned within 28 days of purchase;
  • Be unworn, unused, and in sellable condition;
  • Have original tags still attached

We’re all for trying things on, but please don’t take them out for a round unless you’re keeping them.

We can’t accept returns that are worn, washed, damaged, stained, or smell of aftershave, deodorant or smoke.

Returning a faulty item? No worries – we’ll cover the return cost if there’s a genuine fault with your gear.

Inspection and Return Window:

Please check your item(s) upon receipt, even if you do not plan to try them on immediately. We only offer refunds or replacements for faulty items reported within 28 days of purchase.
