Returns & Exchange Policy
We get it – sometimes something just doesn’t fit right. If you’re not 100% happy with your order, you have 28 days to return it for a full refund.

Important Notes:
- Returns without a completed form may experience processing delays.
- Customers will be responsible for all postage costs related to returns and exchanges.
- For refunds, the full product amount will be refunded once the item is received and approved.
- For exchanges, customers must cover postage costs for both returning the item and receiving the replacement therefore we recommend returning your order and ordering the new item of whatever you want.
This update helps us manage costs while continuing to improve the quality of our service and products.
What Can Be Returned?
To be eligible for a return, your items must:
- Be returned within 28 days of purchase
- Be unworn, unused, and in re-sellable condition
- Have original tags still attached
We’re all for trying things on, but please don’t take them out for a round unless you’re keeping them.
We can’t accept returns that are worn, washed, damaged, stained, or smell of aftershave, deodorant or smoke.
Received a faulty item? No worries – we’ll cover the return cost if there’s a genuine fault with your gear, but in some cases it may not need returning to us. Select the relevant option from our returns portal and you will be asked to upload a photo and description of the issue.
Inspection and Return Window:
Please check your item(s) upon receipt, even if you do not plan to try them on immediately. We only offer refunds or replacements for faulty items reported within 28 days of purchase.

Terms & Conditions – Sale Items, Discounts & Offers
We love giving you a good deal – but to keep things fair, there are a few important terms to be aware of when returning or exchanging items bought as part of a sale or promotion.
Discounted Items:
- Items purchased using a discount code or as part of a site wide promotion are refunded at the price paid, not the full RRP.
- You’ll receive a refund for the discounted amount only.
Mystery Gift Box & Gift Sets Terms & Conditions:
- Mystery Gift Boxes & Gift Sets are sold as a complete package; individual items within the box cannot be exchanged, even if the item is of equal value to the requested exchange.
- If you wish to return your Mystery Gift Box or Gift Set, a full refund for the entire box may be offered, provided it is returned in its original, unopened condition.
- Contents may vary, and each box is supplied “as is.”
- Promotional codes, discounts, or special offers cannot be applied to Mystery Gift Boxes or Gift Sets, as they are already offered at exceptional value.
- By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Free Items & Multi-Buy Offers:
- If your order included a as part of a promotion (e.g. Buy X, get Y free), you must return the free item if you’re returning part of the order.
- If you keep the free item without qualifying for the offer anymore, we reserve the right to deduct the full RRP of the free item from your refund.
Example: If you buy a polo and get a belt free, but return the polo, you’ll need to send the belt back too – or we’ll deduct the belt’s full price from your refund.
