When To Order For Xmas
From the 1st December 2025, our delivery and returns terms will differ slightly from our usual Returns Policy. This is to ensure that you have the best possible experience over the festive period.
Christmas delivery cut-off UK: Please order by 12pm on 18th December to ensure delivery before Christmas.
Orders placed 19th–26th December will be dispatched from 29th December, but delivery may be delayed due to postal volumes.
Returns

- Our standard returns policy is 28 days from the date of purchase.
- Orders placed the week of 1 December can be returned until 8 January 2026.
- Orders placed after this period follow the usual 28-day returns policy.
