We aim to get you on the course in style – fast. All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse within 1-2 working days.
UK Delivery
Standard Shipping (2-4 working days): £4.99 or Free on orders over £100
UK Express (1-2 working days): £6.99
UK Next Business Day* - £7.99
* Must be ordered by 1pm Monday to Friday for delivery the following business day.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the UK. Stay tuned for updates on global delivery options.
Returns Policy
We get it – sometimes something just doesn’t fit right. If you’re not 100% happy with your order, you’ve got 28 days to send it back for a full refund or request an exchange.
⚠️ UPDATE ⚠️ | In effect from 26th April 2025
From 26th April 2025, customers will be responsible for return postage costs if they are requesting a refund.
- For refunds, a £2.95 return fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- For exchanges (size swaps only), ATSG will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.
This helps us manage costs and continue improving our products and service.
What Can Be Returned and Exchanged?
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must:
- Be returned within 28 days of purchase;
- Be unworn, unused, and in sellable condition;
- Have original tags still attached
We’re all for trying things on, but please don’t take them out for a round unless you’re keeping them.
We can’t accept returns that are worn, washed, damaged, stained, or smell of aftershave, deodorant or smoke.
Returning a faulty item? No worries – we’ll cover the return cost if there’s a genuine fault with your gear.
How to Return or Exchange Your Order:
- Package up your goods as neatly as you can, making it easy for our staff to process.
- Head to the Returns Portal and enter your order details.
(Improved Returns Portal coming soon) - Fill out required information and collect shipping label / QR code for presentation at the post office. Send the goods to us and we'll process the return; we'll send you a notification via email.
- Keep your proof of postage until your return is processed.
Please note - For exchanges, please email caddie@atsg-golf.com. These will be featured in the updated returns portal in due course.
Refunds:
Once your return arrives and is approved, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days. Funds will be returned to your original payment method.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
- A £2.95 return fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover part of the shipping and handling costs.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process.
Exchanges:
We are happy to offer exchanges for a change in size only (we cannot exchange clothing styles and colours).
- ATSG will cover the cost of your return postage when sending the item back to us.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item being sent out.
- If you would prefer a different style or colour, you’ll need to return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
- All exchange items must meet our return conditions - unworn, in a sellable condition, with original tags attached.

Terms & Conditions – Sale Items, Discounts & Offers
We love giving you a good deal – but to keep things fair, there are a few important terms to be aware of when returning or exchanging items bought as part of a sale or promotion.
Discounted Items:
- Items purchased using a discount code or as part of a site wide promotion are refunded at the price paid, not the full RRP.
- You’ll receive a refund for the discounted amount only.
Free Items & Multi-Buy Offers:
- If your order included a as part of a promotion (e.g. Buy X, get Y free), you must return the free item if you’re returning part of the order.
- If you keep the free item without qualifying for the offer anymore, we reserve the right to deduct the full RRP of the free item from your refund.
Example: If you buy a polo and get a belt free, but return the polo, you’ll need to send the belt back too – or we’ll deduct the belt’s full price from your refund.
Exchanges on Sale Items:
- Sale items can be exchanged, but only for a different size of the same style.
- We cannot swap sale items for different styles, colours, or products.
- Free promotional items cannot be exchanged.
